Seth Persily, Managing Partner
Seth Persily serves as the Managing Partner of FormACorpGA.com and Persily & Associates, P.C., and is a member of the Georgia Bar and a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, Mr. Persily served as Publisher of the Harvard Law Record and President of the Lambda Law Association. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Religion.
Mr. Persily is an active member of the Atlanta community. He is a graduate of LEAD Atlanta, and was appointed by Mayor Shirley Franklin to sit on the City of Atlanta's Civil Service Commission. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of YouthPride, and has also served on the Board of Directors of Georgia Equality. He can be reached at seth@persilylaw.com.

Nicole Eakes serves as the first point of contact at FormACorpGA
and Persily & Associates, P.C. A native of Ohio, Nicole has been
a Georgia resident for three years. Before joining Persily &
Associates, P.C., Nicole served as the office manager for the
law office of Neal Landers, and was responsible for overseeing
their residential real estate division. Ms. Eakes values
reliable, dependable customer service above all else, and has
worked to instill this as the bedrock value of our law firm
